What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are compassionate, reliable and committed to making a positive difference.

You'll ideally have:

✔ A caring, person-centred approach
✔ Experience in care, support work or mental health services, or a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable but not essential)
✔ Experience supporting a family member, friend or someone with additional needs is welcomed
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Two satisfactory references covering the previous three years
✔ The ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by Northern Healthcare)
