The Opportunity:

A rare opportunity to lead one of our most exciting, high growth categories. As the Merchandise Manager for Four-Wheel Drive & Adventure, you will have end-to-end accountability for category strategy, sales, profitability, and team leadership. This role is ideally suited to a commercially astute leader who can combine category management expertise with a genuine passion for the 4WD and outdoor adventure lifestyle.

Combining strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a genuine passion for the 4WD and outdoor lifestyle, you create high-performing teams and deliver exceptional customer and business outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams in Category Manager or Merchandise Manager roles.
• Commercially astute with deep category management experience.
• Strategic, customer-focused thinking and strong planning capability.

• Creativity and a willingness to challenge conventional thinking to unlock new opportunities.
• The ability to effectively balance competing priorities and drive performance across both Retail and Trade channels.
