Job Title: Full Stack Trainer

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon/ (Work from Office) + Travel across India

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced MERN or MEAN Stack Corporate Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering technical training programs for MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) or MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stacks to our clients. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions, mentoring participants, and ensuring a smooth transfer of knowledge to help them excel in their development careers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on the MERN /MEAN stacks, tailored to clients' requirements. Mode of training delivery could be PAN India location. (Working mode will be Hybrid)
• Work closely with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to understand training needs and objectives.
• Develop training materials, hands-on labs, and assignments to enhance learning outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and support to participants throughout the training programs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in MERN/MEAN stack development and integrate them into training modules.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues encountered by participants during training exercises.
• Test and evaluate participants' understanding through assessments, project work, and interactive discussions.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment to foster participant growth and retention.
• Offer post-training support to ensure knowledge transfer into workplace applications.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of cumulative experience in delivering training. 
• 1+ years of experience in MERN or MEAN stack development. 
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of React.js, Angular, and their ecosystem
• Proficiency in back-end frameworks like Node.js and Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB and related database technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Prior experience in delivering technical training programs is a significant advantage.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with other stacks such as DotNet or Java is a plus.
