MFG Trainer

About The Role

The Manufacturing Trainer provides job-specific onboarding, hands-on and classroom-based training to personnel. They work with cross-functional manufacturing teams to meet and exceed customer training expectations.  

What You’ll Do

• Training  
  • Ensure that training and certification standards are uniformly applied  
  • Complete new-hire personnel onboarding training  
  • Complete hands-on and classroom-based trainings  
  • Complete post-training follow ups  
• Continuous improvement 
  • Conduct retraining and recertification training 
  • Share feedback for certification program, training, process and quality improvements  

What You bring

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 4+ years of related work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office suite  
• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehousing environment is beneficial but not required 
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills 
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task 
• Ability to work across manufacturing, engineering and other support teams 
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of personnel
