If that sounds like you, we want to talk.

Key responsibilities: As a Consultant, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of Microsoft security engagements, with a focus on Purview, data security, data governance, and AI.
  • Facilitate customer workshops, discovery sessions, demonstrations, and technical design discussions.
  • Assess client environments, conduct security reviews and gap analyses, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Design and implement Microsoft security solutions aligned to customer requirements and best practices.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation, reports, presentations, and implementation plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand and maximise the value of Microsoft Security technologies.
  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, scoping, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on internal initiatives, service development, tooling, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

What you need to succeed

  • 3-5+ years' experience in cybersecurity with a strong hands-on experience with Purview, including data security, information protection, data governance, compliance, and AI-related capabilities.
  • Experience designing and delivering Microsoft security solutions in client-facing environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and the wider Microsoft Security ecosystem.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and managing customer relationships.
  • A genuine passion for cybersecurity, continuous learning, contribution to the security community, and helping drive the growth of our business.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are desirable, particularly in Microsoft Security, Compliance, Identity, and Purview-related disciplines.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first months, you will be confidently leading customer engagements, delivering technical outcomes, building trusted client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth and reputation of Threatscape's Microsoft Security Practice.
