What you'll do
- Koordination des Therapiealltags an der Rezeption
- Patientenmanagement inkl. digitale Therapieplanung sowie Pflege und Verwaltung von Patientendaten
- Kommunikation mit Ärzten und Berufsgenossenschaften
- Abrechnung der Rezepte nach Heilmittelverordnung

- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Empfangs- oder Officebereich, idealerweise im therapeutischen Umfeld
- fundierte Kenntnisse in den Programmen des Microsoft-Office-Pakets und bestenfalls in einem Therapieplanungstool wie z.B. Theorg oder TTools
- Anstellung in Teilzeit- oder Vollzeit
Nice to have
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitssektor ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
