What you'll do
- Ensure safe & accident free working procedures & conditions, ensure safety of equipment's & workforce in the area, tracking & accountability of departmental safety disclosures.
- Ensure good quality of compound/components, maintain quality standards and specifications, reduce defects & rejection rate.
- Managing efficiency of all machines in his area, planning & delivering of compound/components as per requirement, co-ordination with key stakeholders to resolve process & breakdown issues in his department, maintain departmental KPI's ( Safety, scrap, rework, volume achievement, OEE and supplies).
- Ensure improvements through small modification & initiatives, reduce rework, scrap & supplies reduction in his department, Ensure to lead projects for cost reduction.
- Ensure harmonious relationship in his area, appreciating for the good job done by the team.
- Daily production and the scope for improvement is communicated through communication channel, bring innovative ideas for improvement.
- Conduct CBT-02 to review last 24hrs performance, f/up & actions.
