Job Description

1.設施維護與管理：
-定期檢查與維護公司內部的電力系統、空調系統、消防系統等設施，確保其正常運作。
-處理設施故障，進行緊急維修，並記錄維修過程與結果。
2.設備安裝與調試：
-協助新設備的安裝與調試，確保其符合公司需求與安全標準。
-與供應商協作，確保設備安裝過程順利進行。
3.能源管理：
-監控公司內部的能源使用情況，提出節能改進建議。
-協助實施節能措施，並追蹤其效果。
4.安全與環保：
-確保設施運作符合安全與環保規���，並參與相關培訓與演練。
-協助處理環保相關事務，如廢棄物管理與排放監控。
5.文件與報告：
-撰寫設施維護與管理的相關文件與報告，確保資料完整與準確。
-定期向主管匯報工作進展與問題。
