- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnosing faults and undertaking reactive repairs across a variety of commercial environments.
- Servicing and maintaining split, VRV/VRF, multi-split, and ventilation systems.
- Replacing components and carrying out minor installation works where required.
- Completing service reports, F-Gas documentation, and compliance records accurately.
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing professional technical advice.
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with current regulations and company standards.
- Supporting colleagues and occasionally travelling nationally to assist with projects and business requirements.

- Valid F-Gas Category 1 certification.

- Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a role that offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites?
We're looking for a skilled Mobile AC Engineer to support a range of client locations across the Rugby and South Birmingham area. You'll typically operate within a 50-mile radius, although occasional national travel may be required to support wider business needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing engineering team where your technical expertise, customer focus, and problem-solving abilities will be genuinely valued.
