Mobile Crane Operator / CDL Driver – Local Deliveries (Home Daily)

Compensation & Schedule• Pay: $34.46-$36.72 per hour + overtime
• Full-time, consistent hours
• Home daily – local routes
• Day shift (typical start early morning)
Join PARR as a Mobile Crane operator delivering building materials to residential and commercial job sites using a crane with a variety of trailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver building materials safely and on time to customer job sites (hand delivery may be required in some situations)
- Operate class A vehicle and crane in tight areas
- Secure loads and verify accuracy before leaving the yard
- Navigate a variety of delivery environments including new developments and rural roads
- Take delivery photos and complete documentation for each job
- Communicate with dispatch, yard teams, and customers throughout the day
- Perform daily vehicle/crane inspections and follow all DOT, NCCO, OSHA, L&I, and safety regulations
A Typical Day
- Start your day at the yard pre-trip and loading materials with the team
- Complete local delivery runs using a flatbed or stand-up trailer using a delivery app to route and track deliveries
- Skilled delivery work requiring precision and problem-solving
- Interact with customers and ensure accurate product placement
- Return to the yard and head home – no overnight routes
- Outdoor working environment
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Valid NCCCO (TSS) card
- Lift Director (WA only)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Clean driving record
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Ability to speak, write, and read English required
- Flatbed or construction delivery experience preferred
- Ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs. and work outdoors in all-weather
- Strong work ethic and customer service mindset
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work professionally with customers and team members
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills in dynamic, fast-paced situations
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude
- Communicate clearly and adapt quickly to changing conditions
- Maintains professionalism, safety awareness, and accountability in all aspects of the job
