Job Description

Embed M&S and AI capabilities into day-to-day trial design and development workflows across Data & Statistical Sciences (DSS), to accelerate and support development decision-making. This role sits within the Data and AI Acceleration (DAIA) team and supports the broader DSS organization. Work alongside statisticians and data scientists within each Therapeutic Area, deeply understanding current trial design workflows to identify opportunities where M&S and AI can eliminate friction, enable smarter decision-making, and unlock new opportunities by leveraging new tools and data modalities. This role will drive the embedment of M&S and AI capabilities across the DSS organization.
