What you'll do
- Substitute teacher/floater duties
- Help children fulfill their developmental potential in an authentically prepared, inspiring Montessori environment
- Guide children to be capable and independent learners

- Have negative TB test results within the last 12 months or willingness to take a TB test which show negative results before your first day of employment
- Are a US citizen or green card holder.

- Have experience working in high-quality preschools, particularly Montessori preschools
- Have interest in creating experiences for young children in the areas of art, music, gardening, or science

The Opportunity. We are conducting a search for a substitute teacher/floater to help children fulfill their developmental potential in an authentically prepared, inspiring Montessori environment. Montessori experience is not required, but we welcome educators who have an appreciation for -- and are open to learning more about -- the method. We provide training.
