Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Mortgage Specialist to join our Document Processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-volume data entry, accurately processing and indexing critical mortgage records, and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory compliance and production metrics.

You will join a collaborative, fast-paced local team focused on delivering high-quality digital imaging solutions that support our global operations.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Execute Document Processing and Digital Conversion: Sort, prepare, scan, and index hard-copy mortgage records to deliver accurate, high-quality digital images while meeting established production metrics.

• Collaborate on Data Tracking and Quality Control: Utilize multiple personal computer software applications to track records, print control sheets, and partner with team members to ensure uniform data accuracy across all document handling processes.

• Ensure Operational Quality and Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and strictly follow established production procedures to guarantee full compliance with organizational and industry regulatory standards.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven Experience in Production Environments: Demonstrated capability working independently and maintaining a sustained pace to meet strict data entry and production goals.

• Strong Technical and Functional Expertise: Comfortable proficiency navigating personal computers and executing administrative digital tasks with high accuracy.

• Proven Ability in Communication and Attention to Detail: High precision in document handling alongside proficient English reading, writing, and speaking skills for seamless team collaboration.

• Physical Capability: The required operational ability to safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.

What We Offer (Benefits)

• Pay: $17.00 per hour (Paid biweekly).

• Status & Shift: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Must be flexible to support overtime as needed).

• Location: 2322 French Settlement Road #100, Dallas, TX 75212.

• Employment Structure: This is a temporary-to-permanent career pathway opportunity (benefits activate upon permanent conversion).
