Here at GXO, we are looking for a People Administrator to join our BAE Systems site located in Motherwell. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with managers, employees and external stakeholders. As a key member of the site HR team, you'll ensure the smooth operation of HR and payroll activities while contributing to a positive employee experience.

 

This is a full time, permanent position, working Sunday to Thursday (5 nights shifts) working hours will be 20:30 – 06:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,681.44 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Proven experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
