Motion Graphics Design Specialist

     Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and video creatives for paid digital campaigns.
• Create engaging ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, YouTube, Reels, Stories, and Shorts.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Media Buying teams to develop campaign-specific creatives.
• Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Edit videos, animate graphics, and deliver platform-specific assets within defined timelines.
• Optimize creatives based on campaign objectives and performance insights while maintaining brand consistency.

     Required Skills

       Mandatory

• 2–4 years of Motion Graphics experience.
• Prior experience in a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Advertising Agency.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
• Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

        Preferred

• Experience working on D2C, E-commerce, Lead Generation, or App Promotion campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
• Knowledge of platform-specific creative specifications and best practices.
