Our AI Studio combines AI agents, expert supervision, and design SaaS. Upload a production brief, and AI Agents — tuned to your brand — gather assets, pull design templates, apply channel best practices, and generate entire campaigns in minutes. Our experts review outputs, fine-tune the AI, and offer design services at a fraction of traditional agency costs.
Brands like Amazon, Electrolux, Colgate-Palmolive, General Mills, and Omnicom Group use Rocketium to reach broader audiences and grow digital sales.
We're looking for a video-first creative professional who is obsessed with making content faster, better, and more engaging using both traditional video tools and the latest GenAI platforms. This is not a conventional motion graphics role. We're looking for someone who can create, adapt, remix, version, and scale video content across formats, channels, and audiences while leveraging AI to dramatically accelerate production.
What you'll do
Performance Video Creation
- Create high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reels, and other digital platforms.
- Develop engaging motion-first creatives optimized for clicks, engagement, and conversions.
AI-Powered Video Production
- Create AI-native videos using tools such as Kling, Veo, Runway, Pika, and Luma.
- Experiment with emerging AI workflows to improve creative quality and speed.
Video Editing & Motion Design
- Edit footage, stock assets, and AI-generated content into compelling short-form videos.
- Enhance videos with motion graphics, typography, transitions, and visual effects.
Creative Adaptation & Scaling
- Adapt, localize, and version content across formats, channels, and audiences.
- Create multiple creative variations for testing and campaign optimization.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times.
- Work closely with strategists, designers, account managers, and AI specialists.
What we're looking for
- 5-7 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or digital content creation.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other modern video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of motion design, visual storytelling, pacing, typography, and creative communication.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as Kling, Veo, Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and emerging creative platforms.
- Curiosity to experiment with new technologies, workflows, and creative techniques.
- Experience creating digital-first content, including social ads, short-form videos, and performance marketing creatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality work at speed.
- A portfolio that demonstrates both creative craft and performance-oriented thinking.
- Note: Experience working with consumer brands, e-commerce brands, or high-volume creative operations is a strong plus.
What success looks like
Within your first few months, you'll be able to:
- Independently produce AI-assisted video ads end-to-end.
- Create multiple versions and adaptations of video creatives at scale.
- Deliver high-quality video content with fast turnaround times.
- Continuously introduce new AI workflows that improve production efficiency.
- Help Rocketium stay at the forefront of AI-powered creative production.
