Motor Claims Handler

Job Location: United Kingdom, hybrid working

Job Type: Permanent

We have a fantastic opportunity for Motor Claims Technicians to be based in the UK

An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Motor team. We are recruiting First Notification Motor Claims Technician dealing with motor claims acting as the first point of contact after a motor incident.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and listening skills, the ability to impart information, and maintain accurate data. Proven skills in developing and maintaining close working relationships, both internally and externally, are essential. Administrative, claim entry and data management are also a key part of the role.

This role is perfect for those who crave variety, enjoy problem-solving, and want to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
