We are looking for a proactive and hands on Mould Shop Supervisor, to lead our Production team in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

Join our Mould Shop team as a Mould Shop Supervisor, where you will play a key role in this hands-on manufacturing leadership position ensuring the smooth day to day running of production in line with agreed timelines and quality standards. This position would be well suited for someone that has a strong background in plastic injection moulding processing, that has progressed into shift leadership, production supervision or team management. 

By taking responsibility for production performance across the Mould Shop, you will lead the team to achieve targets for safety, quality, productivity, OEE and delivery, while providing hands-on technical support across the injection moulding operation and helping our teams focus on what matters most: better health for more people. 

Based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire you will lead and supervise the day-to-day production operation running a 24/5 shift pattern. However, the working hours for this position will be Monday to Thursday 7:10am – 4:10pm and Fridays 7:10am – 11:10am. You will become part of a team of 25 dedicated professionals who look forward to shaping the future together with you. 

 

Our site in Stonehouse is a manufacturer of plastic components and single – use products, such as lab scale bioreactors and filtration.
