  • To ensure the effective implementation of safeguarding policies and practices
  • To provide and support temporary accommodation residents to make informed housing resolution choices tenants.
  • To support temporary accommodation residents to move-on from temporary accommodation into the private rented sector or other housing.

Role Purpose 
1. To support residents in temporary accommodation to secure alternative, suitable and affordable accommodation.
2. To act as a key point for residents experiencing homelessness to match them to accommodation available. Ensuring objective, targets and quality standards are met whilst meeting high levels of customer service.
3. To assist households out of costly temporary accommodation into alternative suitable and affordable accommodation, preventing, relieving and ending homelessness and making decisions on resident’s suitability and affordability.

Contract 
  • Initial 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend 
    • PAYE via Umbrella 
    • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Min 2 days p/w in office/site visits)
