This position reports to the Manager of Mr D. 

Purpose of Role:

Support the Partner Success team by assisting with central campaigns aimed at driving partner success on the Mr D platform. Provide insights through reporting on performance and opportunities while maintaining excellent communication with partners and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate effectively with the Mr D sales and key account management team to drive promotions and catalog related KPIs.
• Support promotional objectives through effective communication campaigns to partners.
• Identify shortcomings in promotional supply across the various Mr D regions.
• Report back on promotional opportunities and successes.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to support account management and marketing teams with troubleshooting promotions and catalog issues.
• Take ownership of the various partner-facing guides and training material to ensure they are up to date and effectively distributed.
• Create and run reporting showcasing marketplace and platform insights
• Partner with the CRM team to optimise email and communication tools and creatively engage restaurant partners

Skills & Attributes required:

• Attention to detail in a high pressure environment.
• Ability to identify areas of improvement.
• Ability to verbalize as well as visualize findings and results.
• Enterprising spirit and ability to take ownership of tasks.
• A strong working knowledge of Google sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
• A strong interest in e-commerce.
• Strong team player.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an eCommerce marketplace environment, online B2B, or related operational roles
