What You Will Do

• Assist in communicating the vision, strategic direction, battle rhythm, rules of engagement, and expectations across both program and functional organizations supporting SMGBAD
• Standardize and implement best practices, tools, and cadence across SMGBAD, to include business briefings at both SMGBAD and LADS level
• Serve as a subject matter expert in transition-to-production efforts, risk management, gate reviews, product affordability, proposal development, and contract negotiations
• Step in as a delegate for VP, SMGBAD as necessary, in key internal and external discussions, creating collaboration across both program and function teams to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
• Experience balancing prioritization, cost, and schedule constraints within a proposal effort. 
• EVMS Certification and/or relevant experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) on an EV program. 
• Leadership experience in international subcontracts management, IPT organizational structure and/or an IPL (Integrated Program Leadership) construct. 
• Expert knowledge/experience in both FMS and DCS Proposal Leadership (e.g., TINA compliance, Offset/Industrial Participation, Government Requests for Information (RFIs), etc.) 
• Experience working on risk/opportunity management, earned value planning/tracking/reporting and metrics management. 
• The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. 

Qualifications We Prefer

• Program Management Level 4 Certification 
  5+ years of International Program Management/IPT Leadership experience 
• Experience in production environment for entire Product Life Cycle from material release through contract sale 
  Direct experience in program planning, budgeting, and tracking (EVMS) to cost and schedule 
• Experience with and understanding of export and import controls, compliance, and licensing  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment with time critical requirements. 
  Strong communication skills

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
