- Perform administration and configuration on Dynamics 365
- Write basic SQL joins and perform bulk DML operations
- Develop using Javascript, Power Automate, C# Plugins, and Business process flows
- Manage incident management using ServiceNow
- Administer Azure Portal and Azure Synapse for data pipelines
