Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Our client is looking to fill a permanent job for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer based near to London Bridge to work at a high profile educational institution. Salary up to £32k, M-F 8-5 + 1 in 4 late shift 12pm-9pm + call outs 1 in 6. JOB DUTIES Carrying out multi skilled maintenance to building fabric. Carry out lamp changes, changing filters on AHU and FCU’s, minor plumbing work and basic electrical works. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will complete reactive maintenance and PPM jobs in a timely manner and undertake minor project works. JOB REQUIREMENTS The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer job would suit someone who has worked previously in a similar position as a Maintenance Handyman, Multi Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Fabric Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician or Shift Maintenance Engineer would be suitable for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer job. Ideally have experience of working in a high profile work environment. Be able to work alone and within a team. Have good customer relationship skills. Preferably have experience in the required tasks typically undertaken within building fabric, including plastering, joinery, glazing, plumbing and decorating. Ideally will hold 17th or 18th Edition.
