Multi Trader needed in Rugby
This is a temporary role and the rate is £14.41ph PAYE
The reference number is: RQ1783735
The successful candidate should have good practical experience in domestic plumbing and responsive repairs including:
- Bathroom and kitchen plumbing repairs
- Identifying and repairing leaks
- Replacing and repairing taps, toilets, basins and other sanitary ware
- Waste pipes and general drainage-related plumbing repairs
- General fault finding and remedial plumbing works
- Carrying out associated carpentry repairs where required
As this is a Multi Trader position, we need someone who is confident working independently in occupied properties and can complete a good proportion of repairs on the first visit without requiring additional trades.
