Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends, FTC until February 2028

Your Role:
As a Multiskilled Labourer, you will support Construction Projects Team activities, providing skilled labour to assist project delivery, temporary works, site investigations and pre-construction activities across the business.
You will be supporting project managers with reactive remedial repairs, general building works and minor new works projects.
You will be attending and resolving urgent health and safety issues as directed and maintaining safe systems of work.
You will be managing and erecting site fencing, maintaining stock and supporting temporary works activities.
You will be operating plant and equipment, including access platforms and telehandlers, where authorised and required.
You will be working independently to organise and manage daily workload while maintaining productivity and workmanship standards.
You will be supervising or directing subcontractors where appropriate and supporting clients, customers and stakeholders as part of a team.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: You will hold a full valid UK driving licence and relevant operator qualifications for mobile elevating work platforms and telehandlers, and be eligible to obtain Ministry of Defence security clearance.
Experience: You will have proven experience as a multiskilled labourer, a strong understanding of safe systems of work and broad construction industry disciplines, together with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Skills: You will demonstrate a customer-focused and proactive approach, strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound problem-solving ability, and the initiative to take responsibility for the successful completion of work activities.
