CHS consists of Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors. 

Consumer products largely entail, Retail and Agri business. Companies in this sector meet the demands of consumers all around the world, every day; providing everything from agricultural crops to food, clothes, durables and retail experiences. We help clients to capture new sources of profitable growth, rethinking how and where they bring value to consumers, today and into the future. Incumbents need to shift their focus from protecting what they have to creating what they need to become.

The Health Sciences & Wellness architecture brings together a worldwide network of professionals to build data-centric approaches to customer engagement and improved outcomes. SaT - TCF - Financial Diligence :

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to today’s toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

• Ability to support financial diligence engagements through detailed analysis of financial statements, KPIs, and underlying business drivers. Strong proficiency in preparing and validating financial models, valuation support, and transaction-related analysis. Experience in reviewing quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow trends to identify key diligence insights. Working knowledge of deal-oriented financial analysis, including assessment of historical performance and forecast assumptions. Demonstrated capability to apply general consulting skills in structuring analyses, synthesizing findings, and supporting client deliverables.

• Chartered Accountant

Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-1 years of post-qualification experience.
