Role	Head –Nodal Operations & National Nodal Officer
Job Level/ Designation	M3 / General Manager
Function / Department	Regulatory, Nodal & Corporate Affairs.

Job Purpose	To Guide, Supervise and manage the PAN India Nodal Operations and be responsible as a “National Nodal Officer”. Ensure Compliance with the License Security Conditions of UL/ NLD/ILD and ISP services related to Lawful Interception and Data Disclosure. Ensure adherence to the DoT LI SOP and “Indian Telegraph Act -1885 / Information Technology Act-2000 and Rules framed thereunder” in respect of Lawful Interception and Monitoring and Data Disclosure. Initiate and implement Circle/Corporate level coordination for nodal compliance understanding and implementation. Compliance to the legal framework related to the relevant applicable Regulations with regard to Nodal function such as Indian Evidence Act, Cr.P.C. etc. Reputation Management and Risk mitigation and support to Company. Facilitation of good connect between the external environment (Law Enforcement Agencies / CMS / C-DoT) and the organization on Pan India basis. Building and maintaining relationships thereof.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Ensure Pan India compliance in nodal requirements with respect to Lawful Interception and Data Disclosure. Prescribe, formulate Policies and processes to ensure smooth conduct and uniformity in Nodal Operations on A PAN India basis.. As a National Nodal officer, represent company in Nodal Matters in various forums and Interface with DoT/ CMS /C-DoT/ Central and State LEA’s to ensure compliance. Planning and spearheading the implementation of new nodal projects so as to bring efficiencies in Pan India Nodal operations and harmonise the same. Review of new products & services from LI & Data disclosure perspective and enabling the business thereof by successful conduction of LI Demo wherever necessary.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Graduate / Post-Graduate preferably with a background in Telecommunication Sector. Good knowledge about prevalent Regulations and Laws. Minimum 12 - 15 years’ experience Good communication and inter personal skills
