Our team at the BMW Group shapes the customer journey for MINI through digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce initiatives. During your time as an intern, you contribute to international brand communication and help connect customers across multiple digital touchpoints.

What awaits you?

• You support the digital activation and development of marketing concepts.
• Furthermore, you help focus on the overall international customer journey touchpoints.
• In addition, you support the conception, development, coordination, and introduction of specific digital brand communication measures and product launches.
• Moreover, you support the conception, development, and coordination of relevant omni-channel marketing projects.
• Furthermore, you help implement and evaluate relevant strategic market analyses and KPI reports.
• In addition, you support the coordination of smaller marketing projects, especially for the European region.
• Moreover, you support operational tasks such as workshop preparations, creating presentations, and coordinating with agencies.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field
• General affinity for marketing and first practical experience in digital marketing
• Interest in digital marketing topics including social media and e-commerce
• Ability to adapt in a multicultural and dynamic team
• Creative, structured, and proactive approach to assigned tasks
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Good English skills; German language skills are a plus
