- Analyze, review, and execute resolution of exception messages within the agreed TAT, either by canceling, rescheduling, or pull-in/expedites.
- Review aging orders
- Monitor, report, and improve key performance metrics, including exception message aging, optimal inventory, supplier ship-to requests, shortages, blocked invoice aging, and supplier performance.
- Resolve Price and Quantity discrepancies according to the relevant policies
- Support assigned TE plants with procurement analysis and data to enable strategic decisions.
- Develop mutually beneficial, respectful, and effective relationships with peers to ensure seamless coordination between departments, maximize synergy, and maintain a shared vision, strategy, and focus

Job Overview
Responsible for proper execution and managing stock replenishments from multiple suppliers to TE Plants, ensuring supply continuity. He or she is also responsible for ensuring the delivery of every purchase order from the supplier to the TE site in full and on time. This position is focused on internal customer satisfaction, supply continuity, and replenishment cycles, and works cross-functionally with the Planning team, DC Operations team, and Customer Care team.
