What you'll do
- Lead all plant administration functions, including facility management, security, transportation, housekeeping, canteen operations, employee services, and workplace infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SQCDP targets.
- Drive operational excellence and business continuity through effective management of administrative resources, infrastructure, support services, and risk mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Establish and sustain robust governance frameworks, including SOPs, compliance systems, audit controls, asset management processes, statutory requirements, and best-in-class administrative practices.
- Lead vendor and contract management, ensuring service excellence, cost optimization, SLA adherence, performance governance, and development of strategic partnerships to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Partner with Plant Leadership, HR, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and EHS teams to deliver seamless support services, drive compliance, improve employee experience, and achieve organizational goals.
- Champion digital transformation, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives through workplace digitization, facility automation, energy management, asset tracking systems, and process optimization programs.
- Build and develop a high-performing administration team through capability development, coaching, succession planning, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

12-15 years of work expereince in Plant Administration

Qualifications
