National Property Manager

Job Description

Europcar are currently seeking a driven and passionate National Property Manager to join our Operations team on a full time basis that is based at our Head Office in Tullamarine.

Reporting to the Operations Director AU/NZ, this role is responsible for supporting the transformation of the network by managing the re-negotiation of property leases, managing property maintenance and identifying alternative leasing opportunities.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Reimagine our national footprint by managing property leases and sourcing new locations

• Oversee property maintenance and bring fresh leasing opportunities to life

• Be the key contact for all non-fleet procurement across ANZ

• Lead non-fleet procurement, tenders and supplier partnerships

• Champion the EV transformation – from planning to installation of EV charging infrastructure

• Drive consistency and professionalism across our locations through visual branding

• Support renewals, terminations, and evaluate opportunities for converting franchise to corporate stations

To be considered, you should possess:

• Proven experience in property, procurement, or infrastructure management

• Previous experience in franchise management highly desirable

• Some exposure to car rental industry desirable

• Strong understanding of commercial & legal terms of agreements and contracts

• Understanding of P&L and/or familiarity with financial statements

• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex projects

• Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record

• Current and ongoing Australian work rights
