Who We Seek:

As our National Retail Manager UK & US, you will lead retail performance across our UK and US boutique network, driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and customer experience.

Reporting to the Global Director of Retail, you will translate business priorities into clear retail action plans, coach and develop Area Managers, and use commercial insights to optimise sales, labour, inventory, and profit performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure every boutique delivers the bold, premium, and unmistakably Honey Birdette experience.

What You’ll Do - Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the retail sales and operations strategy across the UK and US boutique network.

  • Coach and develop Area Managers, driving accountability, performance, and leadership capability.

  • Own sales, labour, contribution, margin, shrinkage, and profit results across both markets.

  • Partner with Finance and Planning on forecasting, wage budgets, and inventory planning.

  • Build strong talent pipelines through succession planning, team development, and performance coaching.

  • Drive a customer-first culture that delivers exceptional experiences and strengthens customer loyalty.

  • Oversee inventory management, stocktake compliance, and loss prevention strategies.

  • Lead the execution of retail campaigns, activations, projects, and business initiatives.

  • Maintain strong communication rhythms and ensure operational consistency across all boutiques.

  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring - Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years' experience in a multi-site retail leadership and operations role across national or international markets. preferably within premium or luxury retail.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales, profit, and customer performance data.

  • Demonstrated success developing Area Managers and building high-performing retail teams.

  • Experience driving sales growth, labour optimisation, and profitable business outcomes.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across geographically dispersed teams.

  • Solid operational expertise across compliance, inventory management, reporting, and retail execution.

  • Passion for delivering elevated customer experiences and retail excellence.

  • A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive results.

  • Must have unrestricted access to work in the U.S.

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.


Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., perform frequent standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and work with cleaning chemicals.

  • Able to stand and walk for 8 hour shifts and 40 hours a week.

  • Ability to use technology (mobile devices, computers).


The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $130,000 - $150,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
