Job Description
Fugro is at the forefront of advancing uncrewed and autonomous marine solutions, supporting clients worldwide with innovative technologies and engineering excellence. Our Innovation team develops safe, reliable and efficient vessel and system designs that support Fugro products and enable operational success. We are looking for an Innovation Engineer to help drive the design, development and delivery of next-generation marine systems and uncrewed vessel solutions.
This role combines strong naval architecture and marine engineering expertise with innovative thinking and practical delivery skills. The Innovation Engineer translates operational requirements into feasible vessel and system designs, supports engineering activities throughout the full project lifecycle, and ensures compliance with company standards and applicable regulations. Working closely with product owners, engineers, clients, partners and suppliers, the role contributes to the development of innovative marine solutions while driving continuous improvement across engineering processes.
