- Lead enterprise-wide Observability & Monitoring using AppDynamics, Splunk, and Zabbix.
- Design, deploy, and optimize APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, Log Analytics, and Synthetic Monitoring solutions.
- Drive performance troubleshooting, RCA, incident management, and stability improvement initiatives.
- Automate monitoring deployments, agent management, and operational tasks using scripting/DevOps practices.
- Lead observability teams, manage stakeholders, governance, reporting, roadmap execution, and service delivery.
