Scope of Services

• Preparation and submission of NATO Travel Orders (NTOs) in FinS
• Verification of travel authorizations
• Coordination and booking of travel arrangements
• Processing of travel amendments
• Submission and verification of Travel Expense Claims
• Maintenance of travel records and documentation
• Liaison with travel offices and financial authorities
• Support to NSB personnel on travel-related inquiries

Deliverables and Quality Control:

A formal monthly meeting between the individual providing the contractual services and the supervisor (COTR) or the alternative will be scheduled in order to evaluate performance.

Deliverable: Monthly Execution Report and Monthly Timesheet

Requirements

• NATO Secret security clearance
• English: Listening, speaking, reading and writing shall be at a NATO level of English 3322. The services are to be provided in English
• The individual providing the services must possess the technical knowledge, skills and experience required to successfully perform the duties of the post
• Successful completion of a recognized automated financial management system courses (Oracle Financials, SAP,etc.);
• Secondary education and basic training in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, public administration or related discipline for specific task related skills, with 2 years' experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in organisational travel administration;
• Proven experience operating travel management systems (e.g. NEO) for booking and coordinating complex travel itineraries;
• Experience using ERP travel modules for processing travel requests, bookings, and expense claims;
• Ability to process travel documentation and financial claims accurately;
• Knowledge of administrative and financial procedures;
• Secondary education and basic training for specific tasks related skills, with 2 years' experience

Desirable Experience:

• Experience with NATO Finance System (FinS)
• Familiarity with NATO travel procedures and policies
• Experience supporting military or international organizations
