The Solutions Delivery group with Deloitte Canada's ITS requires an experienced PeopleSoft technical developer to contribute as technical team member for major software development projects in PS area. 
This role requires:
Good understanding of software development life cycle management 
• Technical indepth working experience on AD, AE, PeopleCode and other developmental tools
• Functional knowledge of HR and Payroll applications 
• PeopleSoft HRMS product knowledge for functional/gap mappings 
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft best practices and existing functionalities 
• 4 - 6 years experience in PeopleSoft as a core technical developer 
• Minimum 4 years core experience using PeopleCode / PeopleTools / AE / AD 
• Minimum 1 year professional experience using PeopleSoft v9x 
• SQL programming skills including stored procedures and dynamic SQL 
• SQR programming and development skills

Mandatory Job Skills
oTranslating functional requirements into PeopleSoft technical design 
o Designing and delivering technical solutions related to PeopleSoft configuration or technical architecture 
o Providing PeopleSoft application administration, as well as support and maintenance of multiple PeopleSoft environments 
o Performing level-2 support and troubleshooting application/interface issues 
o Performing troubleshooting and problem resolution of complex application and interface issues 
o Performing vendor update application activities to maintain acccuracy of the system 
o Providing input and advice regarding PeopleSoft capabilities and functions to client 
o Building relationships with clients and keeping abreast of the various client developments 
o Performing day-to-day operational support functions within PeopleSoft, including application administration 
o Meet project deliverables as per requirements, on time within budget 
o Demonstrating passion for quality and productivity by use of efficient PeopleSoft development standards and best practices
