About this role
Job Title: .NET Consultant (3 months) extendable based on project visibility
Location: Hybrid (At least once a week from office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET Core, Web API, and MVC.
- Build and optimize databases using MS SQL (must) and PostgreSQL (optional).
- Write clean, secure, and reusable code following best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Use GIT for version control and JIRA for task tracking.
- Leverage AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in .NET Core (must).
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC & Web API.
- Proficiency in MS SQL (must), including stored procedures, triggers, and query optimization.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL (optional but preferred).
- Experience with GIT, pull requests, and code branching strategies.
- Familiarity with JIRA for task/issue tracking. Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, Codeium, Tabnine, or similar).
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of software architecture patterns (MVC, Layered Architecture, Microservices).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
Important guidelines and expectations
- If you are working remotely, please ensure good performance and full availability at all times.
- There should be no availability or responsiveness issues during the project.
- This is a 6-month project, and you must use your own system/laptop.
- Working hours will be 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST.
- Do not disclose or discuss CTC during the technical interview.
