Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance professional to oversee and improve manufacturing processes in our Netherlands production. This role involves monitoring production yields, and driving quality improvements through root cause and failure analysis. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor production quality and co-work with cross function team for the best products quality improvement.
• Internal/External quality data creation/collection/management for further analysis and process standardization as well.
• Standard procedure creation/maintenance from the best quality point of view.
• Monitor solution implementation and preventative mechanism.
• Communicate with customers and cross function team directly to provide quality service.
• Field site products quality control and co-work with worldwide quality team feedback and quality improvement.
• Manage team for the best of product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with EE and ME technology background.
• At least 5 years of experience with quality assurance, issue analysis and quality control method.
• Good communication (English is a must and Mandarin is a plus) and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Server / Storage / Rack / LCS products.
• Independence, Diligent, Initiative and positive.
