Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Network Engineer to join the Network team within ETS tribe on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

In this role you will be supporting in the network engineering team to:

• Support Changes: Assist in the implementation of standard Change Requests, such as port configurations or firewall rule updates, following established safety protocols.

• Monitor & Respond: Act as the first line of defense for network alerts, troubleshooting Wi-Fi drops and ISP outages.

• Rapid Learning: Actively seek to understand the nuances of our multi-vendor environment through hands-on practice and mentorship.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate network diagrams and IPAM databases to ensure team-wide visibility for all network changes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT networking or a recent degree/certification (CCNA, PCNSAB).

• Foundational Knowledge: Clear understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP, and basic routing/switching concepts.

• Vendor Exposure: Basic familiarity with enterprise-grade hardware (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Extreme Networks  or Aruba wireless).

• Multi-Vendor Curiosity: A strong desire to move beyond a single-vendor mindset and gain proficiency in a wide array of networking platforms.

• Process Oriented: Disciplined approach to following Change Management workflows and documenting technical steps accurately.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for documenting issues and communicating with end-users.
