What you'll do
- Provides Network Operations support for small / medium projects.
- Works with Network Operations team members to interpret client and business needs and translate them into business, application, system, technical and operational requirements.
- Develops system requirements, including process flows and use cases.
- Determines impact on existing applications and databases based on requirements.
- Works with technical colleagues to ensure all requirements are addressed in solution design.
- Coordinates the testing of new features and bug fixes, developing test cases and plans and performing user acceptance testing.
- Works with development teams to complete implementations / enhancements with minimal impact to clients.
- Performs troubleshooting of technical and business processes.
- Participates in peer review of solution design documentation.
- Reviews vendor documents to determines if vendor solutions meet company requirements.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves discrepancies in analytical procedure or cross-functional methods.
