Project Role Description : Utilize industry/domain experience to deliver business value to clients. Implement and stabilize client network processes, maximize client operations, or uncover opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction and optimize business processes. Develop industry expertise or standard network frameworks (e.g. e-TOM) to improve client business functions like network planning and operations, order management, provisioning, test and install and service assurance etc.

Summary:
As a Network Operations Advisor, a typical day involves leveraging extensive industry and domain knowledge to enhance client network environments. This role focuses on implementing and stabilizing network processes to ensure smooth operations and uncovering opportunities that drive cost efficiency, revenue growth, and improved customer satisfaction. The position requires continuous evaluation and optimization of business processes related to network planning, order management, provisioning, installation, and service assurance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align network frameworks with client objectives is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that client operations are both effective and resilient.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements that enhance network operations and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align network strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate network performance metrics to proactively address potential issues and optimize service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security principles.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools to ensure operational stability.
- Ability to analyze complex network issues and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with industry-standard network frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
