What you'll do
- Manage and support enterprise network security infrastructure, including Palo Alto Firewalls, GlobalProtect VPN, F5 Load Balancers (LTM & GTM), UltraDNS, ClearPass solutions, and EIP solutions.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL processes.
- Troubleshoot end-user connectivity and remote access issues related to GlobalProtect VPN.
- Administer and troubleshoot F5 Load Balancers, including virtual servers, pools, monitors, SSL certificates, traffic management, and GTM/LTM configurations.
- Manage and support DNS/DDI services, including DNS configuration, troubleshooting, zone management, DNS traffic optimization, and availability management.
- Diagnose complex network and security issues related to Routing, Policy, VPN and DNS across WAN, LAN, and Internet-facing environments.
- Lead end-to-end security project, including planning, design, implementation, migration, testing, and operational handover for Palo Alto, F5, DNS/DDI, and related technologies.
- Perform packet capture analysis using Wireshark and other network diagnostic tools.
- Troubleshoot routing and connectivity issues related to BGP and OSPF
