We are seeking a dynamic and confident New Corporate Partnerships Lead to join our high-performing fundraising team.

The New Corporate Partnerships Lead will lead proactive new business development for the organisation within the corporate sector, developing a strong prospect pipeline, cultivating relationships and networks to grow awareness of the organisation. The Lead will personally scope, develop, and secure new corporate partnerships, aiming for six-figure+ annual donations from a diverse and robust portfolio of partners with multi-year commitments, working with the Director of Development and Head of Corporate Partnerships to appropriately secure and steward.

The selected candidate will be experienced in successfully securing corporate partnerships at six-figures and above, from initial prospect research to contracting and ongoing stewardship. The person will also have experience networking to build and manage relationships that lead to major gifts, particularly in the corporate world with senior non-profit volunteers. You will have first-class interpersonal skills and will be a natural ambassador in this externally-facing role for the organisation.


Terms of Appointment

  • Contract: Permanent

  • Salary: £49,100-£57,000

  • Working location: Minimum of two office days per week. Our home working policy gives staff the option to work from home for up to 60% of the time, with approval from their line manager.

  • Office location: The Sutton Trust, 9th Floor, Millbank Tower, 21-24 Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP.

  • Hours: The standard working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This role is likely to also be required to attend events / meetings outside of normal working hours during weekday evenings and occasionally at weekends, in line with organisational policies.

  • A DBS check may be required

  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the UK; we are unfortunately not a licensed visa sponsor.
