Location: Mt Atkinson Estate (Truganina)
Type: 30 - 40 hours per week | Entry-Level | Career Launchpad
Working Days/Hours:

• Saturday to Wednesday (for your first 3 months)

• Thursday to Monday (ongoing after 3months)

• Weekdays: 12 pm – 5 pm

• Weekends: 11 am – 5 pm

• Additional hours may be required for industry events, meetings, and launches

As a Sales Cadet, you’ll work side-by-side with Sherridon Homes' No.1 New Home Sales Consultant, getting hands-on training, industry insights, and a front-row seat to what it takes to turn leads into lifelong customers. In just 12 months, you'll be ready to step into your own sales role and help even more families build their dream homes.

🔨 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Supporting our Sales Specialist inside a busy, high-energy display home

• Greeting clients, qualifying leads, and managing appointments like a pro

• Keeping the admin wheels turning – CRM updates, paperwork, contracts, and more

• Working with internal teams across drafting, estimating, and construction

• Assisting with promotional campaigns and local marketing activities

• Learning the ropes — product range, land availability, construction timelines

• Soaking it all in, growing fast, and gearing up to become a future Sales Consultant!

• A great communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people

• Someone with ambition, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn

• A passion for homes, real estate, sales, or all of the above

• Tech/computer skills and strong attention to detail

• Weekend availability (it's when the magic happens!)

• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle to get to and from display locations

👉 THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

Shortlisted Candidates will be asked to do the following:

1. 1 Minute Video about yourself

2. Prepare a short presentation on Site Costs, the history of Sherridon Homes, and what attributes you believe make a great New Home Sales Consultant (This will form the basis of your interview)

3. Visit a Sherridon Homes Display near you and provide feedback on what you liked and did not like about the display, and compare it to other displays in the area.
