Sales Executive – New Homes
Bracknell | £38,500 per annum | Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join the Development team of a leading housing organisation based in Bracknell, supporting the delivery and sale of new homes across the South.

The organisation is focused on tackling homelessness and helping to address the housing crisis through the delivery of quality homes and by empowering the communities it serves. You’ll join a collaborative team that is committed to putting customers at the heart of what it does. 

The Role

As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and selling a portfolio of new homes across both Shared Ownership and Market Sale tenures.

You’ll take ownership of the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, maximising lead conversion and delivering agreed sales targets while providing a high level of customer service throughout the buyer journey.

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong new-build property sales experience who understands the end-to-end house sales process and is comfortable working towards targets.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience within a busy property sales environment.
  • Experience of setting up and managing new-build developments.
  • Knowledge of the property market and current/future market trends.
  • Understanding of Shared Ownership and affordable home ownership schemes.
  • Knowledge of mortgages and conveyancing.
  • A proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience of market research and competitor analysis.
  • Strong communication, literacy, numeracy and IT skills, including practical Excel knowledge.
  • A full UK driving licence and ability to travel to developments and customer appointments where required.
You’ll need to be commercially focused and customer-led, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly when plans change. Some weekend working may also be required.
