About this role
We have an opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator for an ongoing booking working in the retirement sector.
The opportunity:
Working Tuesday to Saturday
Based near Maidstone in West Malling
Hours are 10am to 4pm
Working single manned selling retirement to the over 55's
The Candidate:
Experience of New Homes Sales
Experience of selling to the over 55's an advantage but not essential
Must be available for at least 3 months
Excellent Customer Service Skills are essential
IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office and CRM's
Available to start in October and willing to commit for at least 6 months.
Excellent communication and presentation essential.
Commission is on offer for the right candidate.
