  • Overcomes obstacles that create barriers to Team Member or branch efforts.
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities and proposes solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience in inside or outside sales, with the ability to upsell and close
  • Lead generation and proactive prospecting
  • Strong cold calling and follow-up skills

EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

WORKING ENVIRONMENT / MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Works in a variety of office environments where standing, walking or sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation may be required for extended periods of time. May travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences. May be required to work in one or more locations in a defined service area. Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.

Starting rates vary by region. Ranges start from $25.80 up to $30.75 hourly. This role is subject to an incentive plan that includes commissions. We expect most employees to earn between $0 - $15,000 in incentives annually, contingent on performance
