Job Description

While our guests relax and unwind, you’ll be making sure everything is ready for another day of exceptional experiences.

We’re looking for a Night Cleaner to join our Housekeeping team, helping to keep our award-winning Spa, public areas and Back of House spaces looking immaculate throughout the night.

This is an important role in ensuring our guests walk into a clean, fresh and beautifully presented environment every morning.

What will you be doing?

• Cleaning and maintaining our Spa, public and Back of House areas to the high standards expected at Fairmont St Andrews
• Ensuring all areas are completed within the required timeframes and ready for our guests the following day
• Keeping a close eye on presentation and reporting any damage or maintenance issues through the correct channels
• Responding to guest queries in a friendly and professional manner
• Keeping operational supplies organised and reporting when stock needs replenished
• Supporting the training of new colleagues to ensure our standards are maintained
• Following all Fire, Health & Safety and hygiene procedures
• Working as part of a supportive Housekeeping team to keep the resort looking its best

•  Friendly and professional when interacting with guests
•  A great team player with a positive attitude
•  Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial, but not essential
