Night Porter – Crazy Bear StadhamptonWe’re looking for a reliable Night Porter to support the overnight operation at Crazy Bear Stadhampton. You’ll help look after our guests, complete safety and security checks and prepare the hotel for the following morning.This is a part-time position working a minimum of two nights per week.What you’ll be doingAssisting guests with overnight questions and requestsWelcoming late arrivals and supporting early departuresCompleting regular security and safety checksChecking that entrances, doors and guest areas are secureReporting incidents, hazards and maintenance problems promptlyFollowing fire and emergency proceduresKeeping reception and public areas tidy and presentableCompleting straightforward overnight checklists and recordsAssisting with guest bills, payments and reception administrationSupporting early-morning preparation where requiredPreparing a clear handover for the morning teamCarrying out other reasonable overnight duties around the hotelWhat we’re looking forPrevious hotel, reception, concierge, security or night-working experience is usefulSomeone dependable who is comfortable working overnightThe ability to follow instructions and complete tasks without constant supervisionA calm, friendly and professional manner with guestsGood awareness of safety and securityStrong attention to detailClear written and verbal communicationConfidence using computers and basic hotel systemsHonesty, discretion and good judgementAvailability to work a minimum of two nights per weekFlexibility to work weekends and bank holidaysThe right to work in the UKYou don’t need to be in charge of the whole hotel.
