Night Receptionist

Hello there! Ready to be a vital part of our Front-Office team? We're on the hunt for a Night Receptionist to join us in the Amsterdam area. You'll be working your magic from 23:00 to 7:00, ensuring smooth nights for our ID Aparthotel guests. Are you up for the adventure? We are currently looking for a night receptionist for Saturday and Sunday.

The Job

So what can you expect? You will join a night shift at 23:00 with a team handover, ensuring smooth check-ins and preparations. You provide info to outgoing or returning The July Twenty Eight guests. After the VIP prep, you will check hotel safety and tidy up the lobby for the first morning guests. Then you will prepare important tasks for the morning colleagues, handle wake-up calls, and you will be finished by 7:00!

As our Night Receptionist, you will ensure that the hotel stay for guests is as pleasant as possible. Besides acting as the first point of contact for guests, you are also responsible for monitoring the atmosphere and safety.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You are a natural host. No need to ask for something, you've already done it

• You have a bubbly personality that is eager to get started

• You have good communication skills. In English as well

• You work independently, but also well together

• You know Amsterdam inside out. The newest places? Tried and tested!

• Preferably you have been behind a hotel reception desk, but experience is certainly not a must

• You are able to work from 23:00 till 7:00

• You also live nearby or in Amsterdam
